GELL Policies

​PAYMENTS

  • Full payment is due before each lesson. Payment is due for any of the following week blocks: 1, 4, 6, 8, or 12 weeks.

  • Upon requesting the following details for your language lessons, you will receive a PayPal invoice:

    • General English or English for Specific Purposes​ (Aviation, Business, Hospitality, IT, Legal, or Medicine).

    • Frequency of lessons per week: 1, 2, or 5 lessons per week. 

    • Lesson duration: 1 or 2 hours.

    • Days and times of the week.

    • Week blocks: 1, 4, 6, 8, 12.

    • Package: Basic or Full

    • Applicable Discounts

  • Your PayPal invoice is due upon receipt. 

  • Upon receipt of your paid invoice, your lessons will be scheduled and confirmed.

​REFUNDS

  • You may cancel a lesson for any reason, noting the following refund policies:

    • Cancel with more than 24 hours before your lesson time: full refund​ or reschedule.

    • Cancel with less than 24 hours before your lesson time: no refund.

  • There are no refunds once a lesson has ended.

RESCHEDULING LESSONS

  • Rescheduling requests must be communicated and approved by your assigned language consultant.

  • A rescheduled lesson must be made up within three (3) days.

  • Allowing for rescheduling, weekly bookings must be completed as follows:

    • 1-week bookings must be completed no later than 3 weeks​ after the first lesson.

    • 4-week bookings must be completed no later than 6 weeks​ after the first lesson.

    • 6-week bookings must be completed no later than 8 weeks​ after the first lesson.

    • 8-week bookings must be completed no later than 10 weeks​ after the first lesson.

    • 12-week bookings must be completed no later than 14 weeks​ after the first lesson.

  • If your language consultant needs to cancel, you will receive email as soon as possible, and you will have the option of rescheduling your lesson.
