Service Description

This immersion-based course focuses on key concepts associated with customer service and management in the hospitality and travel industry. International resorts and hotels seek multilingual staff, but English fluency is important when serving in a common, global language. Students also learn and use English for team training, guest relations, and telephone communication. Class time includes one 60-minute session for 5 days a week over 12 weeks. Classroom Days: Monday to Friday (5 days a week) Session Duration: 1 hour Levels: Beginner - Level A1 to Low-Intermediate - Level A2
